Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, with no time limit. You don't need a credit card to sign up. Upgrade to a paid plan whenever you need more.
What are boosters?
Boosters add capacity to your plan without switching tiers: extra rows, extra storage or extra AI credits. Each booster is billed monthly on top of your plan, so you only pay for the capacity you actually need.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.
Which currencies can I pay in?
You can pay in CHF, EUR or USD. Prices are set per currency, so the amount you see is the amount you pay, with no exchange-rate surprises.
Where is my data stored?
Klarino is developed and operated in Switzerland. Your data is hosted in Germany, fully GDPR compliant. Enterprise clients can choose hosting in Switzerland or in Germany.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your business data is never used to train AI models, on any plan.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can export your records and app structures at any time, so there's no lock-in.
